Welcome to Balsam. An oasis in the midst of the concrete jungle, where time passes slowly and peacefully. Surrounded by greenery, rays of sun and "us"- people who love their guests.
Though these forts are historical our interiors are far from being austere but are warm and cozy. We offer a welcoming atmosphere great for hour long gatherings with friends or family but also an intimate ambience for the kind of business lunch that one can't wait to get to.
We cannot help but admit our weakness for good food. One understands quickly after he has had a taste of out meals served to you by our chef who prepares his dishes with great joy. Oh yes, we are very proud of our chef and the little masterpieces that he creates. Wether it's a polish żurek (sourdough soup) or thai curry, we always can't help but to add a pinch of love.
In the mornings we will be happy to serve you freshly ground coffee and delicious homemade cake. Lunch is always a pleasant surprise as our menu changes everyday. In the evening how about an exquisite glass of wine or a heavenly cocktail.?
